At Javiat Aerospace, all products and systems are manufactured, tested, and verified before dispatch to ensure quality and performance.

Returns Eligibility

Returns are only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects.

A product will be considered eligible for return or refund only if:

• The defect is confirmed to be due to manufacturing issues

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Supporting evidence (photos/videos) is provided for verification

No Returns for Transit Damage

We do not accept returns or claims for damages caused during transportation.

To ensure transparency, photos and/or videos of the product condition are recorded prior to dispatch. These records will be used for verification in case of any claims.

Refund / Replacement

If a manufacturing defect is verified by our team:

• The product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on the case

• The resolution method will be determined after technical evaluation

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

• Damage caused during shipping or handling after dispatch

• Improper use, installation, or external modification

• Wear and tear due to normal usage

• Requests made beyond the reporting window
